Legal Case Management Software Pricing
Caseagent's legal case management software pricing is flat per firm, not per user: Solo at $149/month, Firm at $399/month, Practice at $899/month, and a custom Enterprise tier. Yearly billing saves about 20%, and every plan includes the full AI agent.
Early-access pricing. Onboarding opens in batches; requesting access reserves these prices.
Four plans. The whole agent in every one.
One flat price per firm covers the agent working every matter you have. There is no checkout yet: every button below joins the early-access list, and early users lock in these prices at launch.

No free tier and no trial: the live demo is the free taste. It runs the same agent on a fictional sample case file, so you can see the work product before you reserve a plan.
Every plan gets the whole agent
We don't meter intelligence. Plans differ by seats and active matters; the agent's capabilities are identical from Solo to Enterprise.
01
Case file analysis
The agent reads every document in the matter, builds the chronology, and spots the issues. See AI paralegal case analysis.
02
Document drafting
Demand letters, motions, and discovery requests drafted from the actual file, ready for attorney review and edits. See legal drafting software.
03
Legal research memos
Case-law research with every authority flagged for verification. The agent never invents case names. See legal research software.
04
Deadline tracking
Every date in the file lands on a timeline with reminders that escalate until a human confirms. See legal deadline tracking.
05
Client communication
Intake summaries and client status-update drafts, written from what actually happened in the matter this week. See client intake and communication.
06
Attorney review, always
Every output is first-pass work product for a licensed attorney to review. Caseagent is a tool for lawyers, not legal advice, and it never files or sends anything without you.
Built to pass your procurement review
The Enterprise tier is scoped for legal ops from day one. Full data-handling details live on the security page.
Price it against the alternatives, not against software
The honest comparison isn't Caseagent versus a filing cabinet. It's Caseagent versus the ways firms already pay for case admin.
Versus a hire
$4,500+/mo
What a full-time paralegal typically costs. The Firm tier is $399/month for the reading, drafting, and calendaring across every active matter.
Versus the risk
1 deadline
One missed deadline can cost a malpractice claim. Calendaring errors are the most preventable malpractice trigger there is, and watching deadlines is the agent's job.
Versus your rate
<1 hour/week
At typical billing rates, the Firm tier costs less than one billable hour a week. Run your own numbers with the demo and the ROI calculator on the homepage.
Pricing questions, answered straight
More general questions (confidentiality, practice areas, what early access means) live on the FAQ page.
Why is there no free tier?
Because the free taste already exists: the live demo runs the real agent on a fictional sample file, no signup required. The product itself does confidential, professional work, and we price it like the professional tool it is.
What happens at launch?
We onboard early-access firms in batches. When your spot opens, we email you; you pick a tier and start then, at the prices on this page. Requesting access costs nothing and reserves these prices.
Can I change tiers later?
Yes. Plans are month to month unless you choose yearly billing, and you can move up or down as your caseload and headcount change. Yearly plans can upgrade mid-term; the difference is prorated.
What counts as an active matter?
A matter the agent is currently working: reading new documents, tracking deadlines, and drafting. Closed and archived matters don't count against your limit, and you can reopen them anytime.
Is there a setup fee?
No. Onboarding is included in every tier, and Enterprise gets dedicated onboarding with your team as part of the plan.
How does yearly billing work?
Yearly plans are paid once per year at the discounted per-month rate: Solo $119/mo, Firm $319/mo, Practice $719/mo, saving about 20% versus monthly. Enterprise is invoiced on custom terms.
