Enterprise is the Practice plan for larger firms and legal ops teams: up to 45 users, unlimited active matters, role-based permissions, and an audit log that records who opened, added, changed, ran, reviewed or exported what in the workspace, and when, exportable as CSV. Your people sign in through your own identity provider with SAML single sign-on, the owner signs the data processing agreement in the workspace, the uptime SLA carries service credits, and every invoice shows your company name, address, tax ID and PO number. Why is there no free tier?

Because the free taste already exists: the live demo runs the real agent on a prepared file, no signup required. The product itself does confidential, professional work, and we price it like the professional tool it is.

What happens after I sign up?

You confirm your email with a code, pick a tier at the prices on this page, and put the agent on your first matter. Creating the account costs nothing.

Can I change tiers later?

Yes. Plans are month to month unless you choose yearly billing, and you can move up or down as your caseload and headcount change. Yearly plans can upgrade mid-term; the difference is prorated.

What counts as an active matter?

A matter the agent is currently working: reading new documents, tracking deadlines, and drafting. Closed and archived matters don't count against your limit, and you can reopen them anytime.

Is there a setup fee?

No. There is no setup fee on any plan: you pay the plan price, open your first matter and add the case file right away.

Do I get invoices?

Yes, on every plan. Each payment has an invoice and a receipt as PDF in the billing portal, which the firm owner opens with Billing in the workspace. The same page changes the card and cancels the plan.

How does yearly billing work?

Yearly plans are paid once per year at the discounted per-month rate: Solo $74/mo ($888/year), Firm $199/mo ($2,388/year), Practice $449/mo ($5,388/year), Enterprise $899/mo ($10,788/year), saving 50% versus monthly.
