Is AI legal case management confidential?
Yes, when the system is built for confidentiality from the start, and that is how Caseagent is designed: client data is encrypted in transit and at rest, isolated per firm, and never used to train AI models. Confidentiality is not a setting you enable; it is the default posture of the product. Because Caseagent is in early access, we state these as binding design commitments rather than audited certifications, and we put the full detail in writing on our security page.
Is my client data confidential? Who can see it?
Your firm's data is visible to your firm, full stop. Caseagent is built so each firm's matters live in their own isolated space, access within the firm follows the permissions you set, and our staff do not browse client files. Text pasted into the public demo is processed for your session and never stored.
Does the AI train on my files?
No. Client files, drafts, and matter data are never used to train AI models, ours or anyone else's. The agent reads your file to work your matter, and that is the only thing it uses your data for. This commitment will also appear in the DPA planned for Enterprise agreements.
What about hallucinated citations?
Every authority the agent surfaces is flagged for attorney verification before it goes anywhere, and the agent is instructed never to invent case names. AI research output is a starting point that a licensed attorney checks, the same way you would check a first-year associate's memo. Is this legal advice?
No. Caseagent is software for legal professionals; everything it produces is a first draft or research aid that a licensed attorney reviews, edits, and approves. It does not replace an attorney and creates no attorney-client relationship.
Does it replace my paralegal or associate?
No, it replaces their busywork, not their judgment. The agent does the reading, first drafts, chronology building, and calendaring so your people spend their hours on work that needs a human. Firms without a paralegal get that capacity for the first time; firms with one get their paralegal back.
How does deadline tracking work?
The agent extracts every date from the documents it reads, computes the deadlines they trigger, and puts them on one timeline per matter with reminders that escalate until a human confirms. A deadline is never marked handled by software alone; an attorney or staff member has to close it.
Can I export my data?
Yes. Your case files, chronologies, drafts, and deadline timelines are your firm's work product, and Caseagent is built so you can export them in standard formats at any time. No lock-in is part of the design: if you leave, your files leave with you.

Does it work for solo attorneys and small firms?
Yes, solo and small firms are the core audience. The planned Solo tier covers one attorney and 25 active matters, and the agent is most valuable exactly where there is no paralegal budget. Larger firms get multi-user tiers with roles and, on Enterprise, SSO and audit logs.

What does early access mean, and when does Caseagent launch?
Caseagent is in private development with a planned 2026 launch, and early access is an honest waitlist: you join with your email, we onboard firms in batches, and we email you the moment your spot is ready. There are no fake queue positions and no artificial scarcity; if we are not ready for you yet, we say so.
What will Caseagent cost?
Planned pricing is per firm, not per user: Solo at 149 USD per month, Firm at 399 USD for up to 5 users, Practice at 899 USD for up to 15, and Enterprise by conversation. Early-access users lock in these launch prices. Nothing is charged today; every button on this site joins the list, none of them opens a checkout.
Is there a free trial?
There is no free tier or trial planned; the live demo on the homepage is the free taste. It runs the real agent on fictional sample case files (or a summary you paste, which is never stored), so you can judge the output quality before you ever pay anything.
